We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google Store purchase. If you're not happy with your device or accessory, you can return it for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
Initiate Return
Log into your Google account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare Package
Print your prepaid shipping label and pack your device securely in its original packaging, including all cables, chargers, and manuals.
Ship the Item
Attach the shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location indicated on your return label.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
